American Eggplant,:1 no(Cut Length wise)
Ricotta Chese,Galic Salt,Italian Seasoning,Pepper,Chopped Basil n Parsely,Finely chopped Chillies.
Mix all the above ingridents mentioned under stuffing n put aside.
I followed the same to same reipce as shown here.
1.Apply salt to the length wise cut eggplant and put aside for an hour,after an hour squeeze the excess water,rinse and pat dry.
2.Now put a tawa on flame and apply little oil and fry the eggplant slices on both sides till they turn smooth and golden color.
3.Put the stuffing on the fried eggplant slice,roll them and arrange them in a baking tray.
Spary little cooking spary on the tray before placing the stuffed eggplant rolls.
4.Apply spaghetti sauce on top of the rolls and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.PreHeat the oven at 450 degrees Farenheit and bake them for 20-25 mins.
3.Remove from Oven n garnish it with chopped fresh paresly n basil.
4.Serve it hot with Spaghettini and maranira sauce.
