All Purpose Flour:1 cup
Chilli pwder:2 spns
Cumin Powder:2 spns
Amchur Powder:1/2 spn
1.Take the all purpose flour ,sooji in a bowl,add a pinch of salt 2 spns of oil and sieve the flour.Now add 4 spns of curd to all-purpose flour and mix well,make it to a smooth dough,add few drops of oil on top of the dough cover it and let it rest for 30-45 mins.
2.Meanwhile make the stuffing ready,in a bowl add besan,salt,chilli powder,cumin powder,amchur powder,a spn of oil and mix well,add few drops of water and make it to a smooth dough.
3.Divide the all-purpose dough into equal parts,do the same with besan dough.Take a portion of all purpose flour and make it into a small flat disc using a rolling pin and now put in the besan dough and cover it on all sides,make sure that no portion of besan is left uncovered,now using the rolling pin make it to round paratha and put aside.
4.Repeat the same process and make parathas.
5.Put a tawa on flame and when hot fry the Paratha on both sides till you see brown spots on Paratha by adding few drops of oil.
6.Serve it hot with Thick curds,pickle and onion.
They look and taste like Hot n Spicy Puran-Poli(A stuffed paratha with sweetend chennadal).
